1. Are there any requirements that I have to meet?

Yes, there are prerequisites that must be met in order to be admitted to the training.

These will here, depending on the training. Skills are tested in advance using a video.

2. Is the course funded through an education voucher, education bonus, or similar. possible?

YES, for the CrazyPole® Instructor training, funding through the education bonus is possible.

3. Is it possible to reserve a training place?

No, no places will be reserved. You only have the option of registering online for a fee and then making use of your right of withdrawal (see 5. Do I have a right of withdrawal?)

4. Can I register by phone?

No, you can only register for the training courses online. During the registration process you have to agree to our terms and conditions. Your consent forms the basis for us to be able to invoice the training fee.

5. Do I have a right of withdrawal?

You have the opportunity to make use of your right of withdrawal up to two weeks after registration. The revocation must be made in writing (e-mail, fax, letter). Deregistration at a later point in time counts as withdrawal and is associated with a processing fee (see 12. How much is the processing fee?)

6. Is the exam fee included in the training?

Yes. The exam takes place immediately after the training. If the exam is not passed, the failed part of the exam can be max. To be repeated 2 times. There must be at least 1 month in between. The fee for the repeat examination is € 50 plus VAT.

7. When will I receive the invoice?

The invoice will be sent after the training contract has been sent back, usually by email.

8. I cannot take part in all training days, is attendance required?

Yes, there is compulsory attendance. If you are unable to attend individual training days, please choose a different training date.

9. When will training dates that take place at a later date be put online?

The training courses are activated online every month. As soon as they are almost fully booked, further training dates will be posted online.

10. Is it possible to postpone participation to a later course?

Yes. The prerequisite is the course fee that has already been paid.

If the minimum number of 3 participants is not reached on the newly selected date and the training is canceled by CrazyPole®, there is no entitlement to a refund of the training fee. It is simply rebooked for another appointment free of charge.

11. I would like to withdraw from the course I have booked, how do I proceed?

Withdrawals must be made in writing (e-mail, fax, letter) without giving reasons. Each withdrawal is associated with a fee (see 12. How much is the processing fee?).

12. How much is the processing fee?

If you withdraw from the registration up to 30 days before the start of the training, a processing fee of € 25.00 will be charged. The same applies if the appointment is changed or if you change participants. After that, the full amount is due. The participant has the opportunity to name a substitute participant before the start of the event. Such a rebooking is associated with the processing fee mentioned above.

13. I cannot take part myself, can someone else take part in my place?

Yes, a change of participant is possible before the start of the training, provided that this fulfills the requirements. To do this, please write an email with your personal data (first and last name, email address, date of birth and place). Also send the application video with the required requirements. The change of participant will be invoiced with a processing fee of 25.00 €. A change of participants after the start of the training is no longer possible.

14. Will I receive a certificate of attendance after the training?

Yes, everyone will receive a confirmation of participation. However, only the participant who passed the exam will receive the personalized certificate. It will be sent afterwards.
